This is our 37th event. We are so excited to be hosting our second webinar. We are featuring Jordan Fisher, co-founder and CEO of Zehitomo, Japan’s premier marketplace for local services.
From photographers, to plumbers, to personal trainers, Zehitomo empowers small businesses and freelancers that conduct their business offline. By providing a platform where customers can make highly customized requests, and service professionals can follow through with highly tailored solutions, Zehitomo is actively disrupting Japan’s $200 billion local services industry.
Prior to founding Zehitomo, Jordan was Vice President at J.P.Morgan in Tokyo. He worked as a programmer and project manager in Fixed Income Technology, before moving to help grow the Equity business as an Electronic Sales Trader covering both Japanese and international clients. Born and raised in New York, Jordan holds a B.S. Computer Science from the University of Southern California.
Outside of Zehitomo, Jordan is an active mentor to several Tokyo startups. He is also a loving husband, and a father to two young daughters.

A huge THANKS to our Awesome Sponsor:
tele-net (America) was founded in Japan in 1994, with the hope of providing omotenashi-inspired customer service to the world. Their beginnings probably looked similar to yours—a tiny office; a small but dedicated team; a mission to succeed no matter what. They now have operations in four countries, providing services to companies throughout Japan, and the world. tele-net understands Japan’s dedication to detail and quality. They also understand that great customer service is crucial to your success in a new market. Having been in the customer service industry for over 25 years, they’ve supported many companies as they went from startup phase to international brands. Consumers will have great expectations of your offering, especially being a startup from Japan. Part of that expectation will be the high level of service that Japan is known for. By partnering with tele-net, not only will your customers experience omotenashi-inspired care, but you’ll have an ally that understands your vision and can accommodate the ever-changing needs of your growing company. To learn more about how they can help support your US and/or Japanese customers, contact them at email@example.com. (www.tele-net-america.com)
We hope that this event will be a place where people from Japan and New York alike can come to collaborate. Looking forward to seeing you all!
